By using our website and services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions of Baxtiyor Health Care.

Medical Visa

The Government of India may issue:

• M Visa for patients
• MX Visa for accompanying attendants/spouse

Visa approval depends on Indian Government rules and regulations.

Our Role

Baxtiyor Health Care is a healthcare facilitator and medical tourism assistance provider. We do not own or operate hospitals, clinics, or medical institutions.

Medical Responsibility

All treatments, surgeries, diagnoses, and medical services are the sole responsibility of the treating hospital and doctors.

We are not liable for:

• Medical negligence
• Treatment outcomes
• Surgical complications
• Hospital services or delays

Treatment Cost

Treatment quotations are approximate and may change after medical evaluation, diagnostic tests, or doctor consultation in India.

Additional medical expenses may apply if complications or extra procedures arise.

Payment Terms

Patients must make payments according to hospital policies.

• Advance payment may be required
• Final bills must be cleared before discharge
• Emergency cases may require full advance payment

Travel and accommodation charges are separate unless mentioned.

Insurance

Patients are advised to arrange:

• Medical insurance
• Travel insurance
• Health coverage

before travelling for treatment.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Patient information and medical records are kept confidential and shared only with hospitals or healthcare providers involved in treatment.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds may take approximately 8–12 weeks depending on hospital and banking procedures.

Refunds will only be made to the original payer.

Travel Services

International airfare, visa fees, hotel bookings, and personal travel expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.

Complaints & Support

Any medical complaint should first be addressed to the treating hospital.

Baxtiyor Health Care will provide support and assistance wherever possible.
