1. Scope of Coordination Services

Baxtiyor Healthcare assists international patients by:

• Transmitting diagnostic reports to certified hospital departments for opinion reviews.
• Presenting non-binding comparative treatment estimates and specialist profiles.
• Facilitating official hospital visa invitation letters for Indian e-Medical Visa processing.
• Arranging airport transit, multi-lingual translators (Arabic, Russian, etc.), and local accommodation coordination.

2. No Guarantee of Medical Outcomes

Every human body responds uniquely to surgical and medical treatments. While our partner hospitals maintain world-class clinical benchmarks (JCI / NABH accreditations), neither Baxtiyor Healthcare nor the treating physicians can legally or ethically guarantee 100% surgical success or specific physiological outcomes.

3. Nature of Cost Estimates

All prices, cost packages, and fee ranges displayed on this website or in preliminary communications are indicative approximations based on standard clinical assumptions. Final financial invoices are calculated directly by the treating hospital after comprehensive in-person evaluations, diagnostic confirmations, room selection, and actual lengths of stay.

4. Organ Transplant Legal Compliance

All organ transplant procedures (including Kidney and Liver transplants) facilitated through Baxtiyor Healthcare strictly adhere to the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Act (THOTA) of the Republic of India. Only living, biologically or legally verified related donors are eligible. Commercial organ trading is strictly illegal and subject to criminal prosecution. Approval is determined solely by the statutory Hospital Authorization Committee.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or related to coordination services provided by Baxtiyor Healthcare shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Delhi NCR, India.
